Neapolitan Valentine's Ice Cream Cake

Prep Time: 1.5 hours
Equipment: 9"x 11" x 2" heart shape silicone mold, # 8 scoop, rubber spatula, rubber gloves

  • 1 - #8 scoop (4 fl. oz.) Blue Bunny® Strawberry Ice Cream, #19515
  • 1 - #8 scoop (4 fl. oz.) Blue Bunny Chocolate Ice Cream, #19506
  • 1 - #8 scoop (4 fl. oz.) Blue Bunny Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, #532460
  • 1 heart shape chocolate cake
  • 4 Tbsp (2 fl. oz.) chocolate sauce
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate curls (for decoration)



Bake chocolate cake in heart shape silicon mold. Remove cake from mold and cool. Wash heart shaped mold and let dry. Deposit ½ cup Blue Bunny Strawberry Ice Cream into the heart shape mold. Using a rubber spatula, spread ice cream around in the mold until ice cream covers all voided space and is even. Place in freezer for 10 minutes to let ice cream harden. Repeat with Blue Bunny Chocolate Champion Ice Cream, and Blue Bunny Vanilla Bean Ice Cream. Release ice cream from silicone mold and place on top of chocolate heart shape cake. Decorate Ice Cream heart cake with whipped cream and chocolate curls. Keep in freezer until ready to serve.
