Ice Cream Cannolis

Pistachio Cannoli
  • 12 premade chocolate dipped cannolis
  • 12-#30 scoops (12 oz.) Blue Bunny® Pistachio Almond Ice Cream, #851419
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) roasted pistachios
Devil’s Chocolate Cannoli
  • 12 premade chocolate dipped cannolis
  • 12-#30 scoops (12 oz.) Blue Bunny Chocolate Ice Cream, #19506
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) chopped white chocolate chunks
Vanilla Cannoli
  • 12 premade white and chocolate dipped cannolis
  • 12 -#30 scoops (12 oz.) Blue Bunny Super Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, #516374
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz.) small chocolate chips



Scoop one #30 scoop (1 oz.) of Blue Bunny Ice Cream into premade cannoli shell.
Place cannolis on parchment lined sheet pan and freeze until ready to serve.

Makes 36 cannolis (12 each)

Variations:

  • Scoop two different Blue Bunny® Ice Creams into one cannoli shell.
  • Dip one half of the cannoli in dark chocolate. Dip the other half in white chocolate and freeze until ready to serve.

  • Hints:

  • Make sure inside of cannolis are completely covered in chocolate before filling with ice cream. If cannoli shells are exposed to ice cream, they will become soggy.
  • Cannolis can be premade and served to order.

  • Menu Description:
