Pistachio Cannoli
- 12 premade chocolate dipped cannolis

- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) roasted pistachios
- 12 premade chocolate dipped cannolis
- 12-#30 scoops (12 oz.) Blue Bunny Chocolate Ice Cream, #19506
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) chopped white chocolate chunks
- 12 premade white and chocolate dipped cannolis
- 12 -#30 scoops (12 oz.) Blue Bunny Super Premium Vanilla Bean Ice Cream, #516374
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) small chocolate chips
Scoop one #30 scoop (1 oz.) of Blue Bunny Ice Cream into premade cannoli shell.
Place cannolis on parchment lined sheet pan and freeze until ready to serve.
